He was also elected to the Central Point City Council from 1999 to 2002. Dr. Gilmour has also served as the Jackson County Health Officer from 1987-2002. Dr. Gilmour met his wife Sera in Western Samoa, and was married in 1977. Currently, he resides in Central Point and continues to work as a family physician at Providence Medical Group-Central Point. Dave and his wife, Sera, have two children, Marietta and Scott. Vision: "I believe that education and the economy must go hand in hand. We must work together to support and enhance our schools. Rogue Community College’s efforts to provide more training for our local residents is a great start.
